Tool # 6

I think there are so many possibilities to use wikis to work collaboratively. Compiling pieces of information from teammates could be done easily without meeting and/or numerous emails. Everyone on the team could see the progress of the project and complete one final document.

In the classroom, again, I think it allow students to work collaboratively on an assignment. It could allow all students in a cooperative group to actively participate using technology.

Tool # 5

I am not sure that I would use this tool. However, I can see that in a classroom, a teacher could use this tool to organize sites for students to use.

The sites that I bookmarked were:

Teach Science and Math
more from www.teachscienceandmath.com

National Council of Teachers of Mathematics
more from www.nctm.org

Tool # 4

I thought the Google Docs provides great possibilities for collaboration. Teachers would have the ability to collaborate on lessons, team documents, etc. In the classroom, students could edit and provide feedback to classmates. A team of students would have the ability to work on a project together.

The Google Reader is a great option to stay current on practices without having to visit various sites. What a time saver. In the classroom, students could use this tool to keep current on a topic.

My goal is to use the Google Doc this year.
